SETARA '09
The Ministry of Higher Education announced the results of SETARA ’09 recently. Conducted by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), the rating exercise is an extension of SETARA 2007 and measures quality, accountability and performance of universities and university colleges in Malaysia. The focus of SETARA ’09 is on teaching and learning aspects at bachelor’s degree level. [MORE]

Signing agreement for Nilai UC's Aircraft Maintenance Engineering programmes
Nilai University College (Nilai UC) launched its Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering programme in 2007. Since then, the programme has become one of the most talked about programmes in education circles. One of the principle reasons for this is the fact that Nilai UC’s programme incorporates the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) * syllabus, preparing students for the EASA Part 66 Category B1-1 examinations.
