	SETARA '09 The Ministry of Higher Education announced the results of SETARA ’09 recently. Conducted by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA), the rating exercise is an extension of SETARA 2007 and measures quality, accountability and performance of universities and university colleges in Malaysia. The focus of SETARA ’09 is on teaching and learning aspects at bachelor’s degree level.
